I planted some scarlet runners (admittedly late) this year, they flowered but no beans formed - odd I thought. Hope you get some nice beans.
I hope we get some nice beans, too, but I really do love the flowers. My son said, "The blooms are ok I guess, but I am looking forward to tasting those beans." Thumbs up!
